Charleston Wedding

My first destination wedding was in Charleston, South Carolina!  I was fortunate to work with a wonderful flower wholesaler, Charleston Wholesale Florist.  They helped me choose beautiful flowers and greenery to make the bride’s burgundy, blush and pink wedding theme magical.

I used Sahara roses, Majolica pink spray roses, Queen Anne’s lace, white veronica,  burgundy hypericum berries and  carnations along with several types of greenery including eucalyptus, agonis, and pepper berry.  By bundling the carnations into groups of three, the impact of the beautiful burgundy color was the perfect accent to the bridal bouquets.

We decorated the head table with garlands of greenery accented by the burgundy agonis and burgundy carnations.  A mantle over a huge fireplace in the venue also included greenery and burgundy agonis along with antique vases of pepper berry and spray roses.
